Hal Rameshwar is located in a forest which is about 11 km from
Hosdurg in district Chitradurg. Shri Ram had worshipped Lord
Shiva at this place. God means Ishwar in Hindi which is why Shn
Ram's God (Lord Shiva) has become Rameshwar.
