There is a very ancient ashram located in 16 km north of Nasik, which is considered to be Augusteshwar ashram. At present, a temple is under construction in this area, which is known as Pimpaleshwar Mahadev. The ancient temple is almost ruined. This is the place where Shri Ram had met Augustya muni.
