Shri Ram and Bhole Baba (Lord Shiva) used to adhere and worship each other. Contrary to the tradition the ‘Jalhari’ of Lord Shiva here installed towards the east. It is believed that Lord Shiva had change his position to see his adorable shri Ram, therefore this place was named as Murdeshwar.
